I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -

The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked
if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

The friendly and professional manner in which Letitia handled my
complaints regarding the poor breakfast experiences received by your sub
contractor tgif. Three day in a row, not funny starting your day with
what I call a Disaster!!! The first day, the doors opened at 7:10 am.

- We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost because it was a
smoking suite.
- After checking out, we needed to use wi-fi to contact home and couldn't find any. We went back to the hotel on the offchance we could use theirs and were promptly given the wi-fi password by a lovely member of staff.
- The suite was gorgeous.
- We needed extra time to pack in the morning and requested a later check-out time, which was granted.

Liked the modern ambience and decor. Loved the friendly staff,

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was top notch and super helpful our entire stay. Loved the nice pool and the great breakfast. Overall A wonderful place to stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We like having a free shuttle to universal studios. The room was great! Lots of amenities like free bottled water, internet, free choc chip cookies on check in, clean room, customary shampoo/conditioner but we also liked the free sewing repair

The goal to surpass our expectations! It was reflected in the warm cookies at checkin, quick check-in, free and fast wifi, hassle free billing correction, free shuttle to universal studios.
Also the location was really walking distance... 10 minutes.. to Universal Studios.

For the purposes of my particular trip, the staff were excellent, the amenities were superb and it was value for money. Extremely happy with everything. A shuttle bus, laundry, internet etc were all things I needed for being away from home for so long. -

Good breakfast every day. Nice evening meals/snacks Monday till Thursday including wine, beer and soft drinks. All staff very friendly and helpful. Guest laundry 1$ per wash, 1$ per dry. I booked the hotel on-line expecting it to be a "value" room. Much to my surprise the room was about 2 steps up from value. For the price I was very pleased with the decor, comfort, size and location. Great value, very central location. Lovely pool and outdoor bar area. Within walking distance of the outlets, lovely restaurants and bars. -

The suite had a nice layout. The added full kitchen was a huge plus. You could cook a meal as soon as you walked through the door because the kitchen was equipped with all the neccesary dishes, towels etc.. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. It is a nice small hotel, still under construction/remodeling. Room
are clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to Universal
Studios, and wet and wild water park. Staff is attentive and
accommodating. When construction is over it will be one of the best
budget hotels in the area. -
