I enjoyed that everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants,
movie theather, bowling alley, and Target. When I had a problem with my
room type and the non working refrigerator they addressed it the next
morning, apologized repeatedly,offered a 50.00 credit toward the room
without me asking and provided complimentary bottles of cold bevera

The hotel is in the heart of the action-- a short walk to the Staples Center & events. Lots of restaurants in the area-- all within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful lobby area lounge and a great restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

What did I like about the hotel? Everything! All the staff were very friendly and polite and the hotel was very homely and stylish. I will definitely recommend it to my friends who may be staying in LA and will be back again for another great experience if I come back to LA. Thank you for an excellent stay. -
The room was very nice spacious room.

The photo's do not do this hotel justice! The essence of this hotel of rich history or sport, that dark, seductive feel to the rooms- it really was such a wonderful stay! * Liked that you were able to use all the Clubs facilities at no extra charge (indoor swimming pool, gym, squash courts and basketball court)

* Location was great to be able to use public transport (bus & subway) + only 20 min walk to Staples Center
