The staff are fabulous, very friendly, professional, cannot do more to help. The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). The staff. The library was a nice place to meet guests at breakfast time. The breakfasts were great and superb value. Lovely feeling about the place and nice local bar on ground floor. Very quite for such a central location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
The location couldn't have been better particularly the proximity to subways.

Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

No surprises here; everything went off as expected. The apartment was very well appointed and the neighborhood was just as pleasant. Definitely would recommend and will try to book again once I’m back in NYC. -

... lo que la gente dice » a pedi una habitacion con vistas al exterior y en planta alta, al llegar fue alucinante en la planta 10 y con vistas al empire state. De verdad el personal es genial perdi una pulsera que tenia mucho valor para mi y me la encontre en mi mesita de noche cuando regrese al hotel por la noche, limpian todos los dias y la cama grande y supercomoda.
