The staff was amazing!!!! Crystal at the front desk gave a welcome that

For the money we paid it was really good. New york hotels are expensive! For this price u cant expect that much. Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and
it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to
explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village.

This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.
