The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

... lo que la gente dice » oney. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. The free wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent.

Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. I really liked the location. We were able to walk to several places we wanted to visit, including the Art Institute and the Doughnut Vault. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked. I can not recommend this Marriott Residence Inn highly enough. The location, the comfort, the price, and, most appreciated, the graciousness and helpfulness of every staff member made the entire five-day stay memorable and enjoyable. I hope to return for leisure rather than business.
