Was close to where we wanted to be and had a good view of the city.
Comfortable place to stay, bed and pillows where nice and soft.
After the fist room that was not clean they did move us promptly to a new room that was nice and clean. The staff did take care of us. -

I loved that it is an nice,affordable, hotel very close to the Magnificent Mile. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the kitchen in room: full fridge, stove, microwave, and dishes. The beds have very firm matresses.... which I like. We also had a nice view of the lake from our room. I really enjoyed staying there. It is in a nice clean area of Chicago.
It is an older hotel.....there are many updates in the rooms, but there are a couple of older things in the room too.

I didn't expect such luxury for the money. The location was perfect
in that it was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. I'm
still trying to get over the tv that was embedded in the bathroom

From the lobby we came in to a very modern and friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always available. Excellent recommendations for tours and very informative. They also booked dinner reservations for us. We really enjoyed the King suite. The space was very comfortable. The shower and double sink was truly appreciated. The sky terrace was great. Loved it! Stylish hotel, modern, clean room. Phenomenal service from all
hotel staff- the front desk personnel were particularly friendly and
helpful. Provided me with an umbrella as I forgot mine, delivered map
quest directions to my room the morning of my conference, as I
wasn't sure about the location of the conference center. Breakfast
was good, and free wireless was included in the room- contrary to
information provided by letsbookhotel.com. Highly recommend!
