Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go
beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall
of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and
guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being
inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby
bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly
new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

Everything was better than we had expected. We stayed in room 401 and hope to book it again. The hotel was spotless. The shuttle to the airport was great. The breakfast was awesome! The staff couldn't have been better. Thanks much! -

The room was beautiful and the location near both the airport and the
Mall of America couldn't be better.
We had dinner at the restaurant; the food was gourmet, delicious, and affordable. We were able to "park" our bags so that we didn't have to haul all of our airport bags to our room.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental
breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi
does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the
breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff
went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown.

When we booked the hotel room, we stated that our elderly mother was with us and we wanted a room close to the door without any steps. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

little unkempt in their work clothes... I needed to use a meeting room,
which was totally off the cuff and unplanned. The staff allowed me to

We enjoyed everything! The Outback restaurant that was right next door was brilliant for food and beverages! The breakfasts were fabulous! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We loved that there were frequent shuttles for the airport and the mall! We will be making this hotel a part of our experience in future travels to the area! -

This motel met all of our needs for one night's accommodation near the airport. The shuttle service was efficient and the staff couldn't have done more to make our stay comfortable. -

We arrived super jet lagged, the airport shuttle picked us up promptly and a quiet room was available before normal check in. Friendly, can-do staff, clean room and numerous breakfast choices. -
Excellent location for the people who want a hotel close to American Mall. It takes about 15 min to walk to the Mall. The room is clean.

Very nice staff. Hotel was very clean, including the pool area. Was able
to get 20% off the already low price of the room by going to bloomington-
coupons.com and getting the coupon. This coupon was additional to the
price received thru letsbookhotel.com. Close to the Mall of America and hotel

Kids loved the indoor waterpark at the radisson. -
With all the hotel choices in the area, I did not want to pick a bad one for the family. We stayed several days and left very happy. Shuttles were on time and quick to and from the mall. Hotel was quiet and clean. Price for the room was lower than average. Will gladly stay again next year.

I got a fantastic price when I made the reservation. I needed to be near
the airport and there was a complimentary shuttle available to airport
and bonus...to mall of America. There was a problem with gettint the
agreed rate and It took call to letsbookhotel.com to straighten it out. Your

Modern design. It had everything we needed including a great gym,
restaurant and bar. And it was close to the airport and Mall of America.
I really liked that they had recycling bins in the lobby. -

I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at
the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly
smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The
first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia. There was no
one else around and we started to chat and I felt I met a new friend.

The room was very clean and I loved how pretty the bathroom towels looked with the 'fans'. Just something so simple, but made me 'ooh' and 'aah'. Als -
Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all.
