I loved the smiles everytime I would see your staff in the halls or at the front desk. When you are traveling, it is great to see friendly smiles or people who take the time to say hello or chat with you. The first night I arrived, I had a long chat with Anastasyia. There was no one else around and we started to chat and I felt I met a new friend. The room was very clean and I loved how pretty the bathroom towels looked with the 'fans'. Just something so simple, but made me 'ooh' and 'aah'. Als.
todo comentarios » Our room partially faced I-35 and we could not hear the traffic at all. The room was so comfortable and relaxing and the rate was outstanding. We have no negative comments at all. The room was nothing fancy, but clean and roomy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also, the hotel is very conveniently located, with shops and places to eat nearby. Breakfast was great, nice and clean rooms with updated decor, and great bathroom. Plenty of space for myself and my daughter. Great whirlpool in the pool area!. The shuttle drivers were excellent. Very accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good, as was the watermelon water and cookies in the afternoon. Have always enjoyed the breakfast..and the location is ideal for shopping at Mall of America and also when attending live sports events. Staff was extremely accommodating for special needs. Beds were very comfortable, room very clean. The staff was so friendly and did everything possible to make our stay great. Close to airport and shopping, shuttle service, clean comfy room, pool. Very close to Minneapolis/St. Paul and nice trails along the River. I enjoyed my entire stay! Breakfast was great. What's not to like?. Breakfast was good both days, room was clean. Pool, breakfast, comfortable beds, location. The Breakfast, clean rooms, design. I felt the price was a expensive, but in keeping with other hotels in the area. Nowhere to put clothes except the nightstands, and small-ish pool. We didn't have to share it with anyone though, so it ended up being fine. The bed this time wasn't as comfortable. Not to sure why:((. Breakfast area a little cramped. Nothing. Freeway noise. Pillows were too puffy. Not enough parking spaces. Sticky floors in breakfast area, kids still allowed in pool well after 10pm. N/A. My room was on the 4th floor. It was very windy 2 days that I was there, my room was so noisy with the wind. Sounded like the metal in the roof was constantly bending and creaking. I finally went down the second night to ask about my room, they could not move me but did reimburse me for the last night.
