Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. We arrived at midnight on 1/18 after a very long flight only to find
we had no reservation in the system even though we had a letsbookhotel.com
confirmation in hand. Jessica F. at the front desk found us a room. She
couldn't have been more gracious and helpful to two very tired
travelers.

Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus. Selling wine to take on our cruise was a nice surprise! -

The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. Bravo! -

The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

La atención y las instalaciones - estube en el hotel desde las 10am tratando de salir al aereopuerto pero le dieron priodidad a un grupo de mas de 150 pasajeros para llevarlos al puerto y sali a las 3pm para el aereuerto en donde tenia que hacer algunas diligencias de mi trabajo, agradecria en la proxima darme otro hotel en el area de aventure mall

From the front-desk staff to maintenance, to the shuttle driver, I was thoroughly impressed! Each staff member was personal and pleasant, proud of their team and their facility, and anxious to please. I highly reccommend. -

The staff was wonderful, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. They also know how to brew a great pot of coffee. The inn is very nostalgic right down to the terrazzo floors. Our room decor took me back to my childhood at Hollywood Beach. The bed was especially comfy. The atmosphere was very tropical.

It was so relaxing after a day out to come back to a great pool. We turned up 4 hrs early to check in and they had no problem giving us the key. I was very happy and the fact there was a kitchen meant we could eat on tables around the pool for breakfast and in the evening. I fully recommend this as a great place to stay. -
