One of your employees, Tim, at the valet counter out front absolutely made our one day stay a complete success. As a stop over before Key West, Tim arranged our transportation to a perfect restaurant he recommended. He also saved the day when our rental car fell through the next morning. He had us fixed up in about 10 minutes and on our way. Tim, you are the best!!!

Sheraton is a Four star hotel but through Booking. Com we got a room for $177 for 2 nights. It's in a great location, safe and minutes away from the airport and Dania beach. We stayed on the 6th floor with a great view of Florida sky.

It is everything in the kitchen. You can cook, use microwawe, there is a huge refrigerator. Ideal for last night before flight, but as i saw, they bring you with shuttle bus to the city, too. You can eat eggs and bacon for breakfast, not only sweets.

Our flight was delayed but there were no issues checking in near midnight. Very clean and perfect for our needs - we took the hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel that night and the next morning to the cruise port. Very organized and this hotel staff definitely fills the niche for cruise people waiting for their day to board a ship! I wo

We arrived at midnight on 1/18 after a very long flight only to find
we had no reservation in the system even though we had a letsbookhotel.com

Staff were excellent specially Patrick, Vivian and Gwen. Very helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 days pre-cruise and 2 days post cruise. Our connecting flight was delayed on arrival so we phoned from Chicago and spoke to Gwen, she assured us the booking was fine and not to worry about any thing. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were just coming off a cruise ship and arrived several hours prior to expected check in yet they had rooms ready and let us into them right away. We also had a late flight the next day and they let us stay in the room for two hours past check out and then held our bags while we had lunch. I liked the design of the hotel.Most of the staff were very friendly and responsive.
We were greeted by two friendly staff members and one Manager during the evening snack and drinks, which was very relaxing after a long day of travel.
My family enjoyed the pool area.

We got back from our cruise at 8 am and went straight to the hotel the nice man at the desk took our luggage and told us to help ourselves to breakfast. He put us on a waiting list and called us an hour before check in when we were shopping that our room was ready. It was nice. The rooms would be perfect for a week or so stay because of the full kitchen and living room. Decent breakfast. Overall we enjoyed it and would go back!

I loved your pick up service to and from the airport and to and from the cruise terminal. Organization to do this was excellent! Check in was quick and food in the dining room was good. Having the complimentary breakfast was another plus. Selling wine to take on our cruise was a nice surprise! -

The young man that worked at the desk, I think his name was Terrance. He was from Ypsilanti, Michigan. You could not have a better front desk person. Not only did he help with tour info and taxi call but he stepped out and straightened up the lobby. It was clear that he was a part of the organization and proud of where he worked. Bravo! -

The breakfast staff was helpful in getting us out of there quickly as we had a plane to catch early in the am. All in all a good experience and we will probably use this Hilton for next years trip.

It was a very pretty hotel.
very helpful staff they printed my boarding pass when I could not do it myself. the shuttle to airport was on time. we had lunch and dinner at kiki;s on the property the food was excellent and staff friendly. loved the modern décor of the hotel and overall look was fresh and new. -

We were doing a cruise and this is good place for pre-cruise night or two as provides free transfer to port but otherwise location ordinary unless you have vehicle. Very nice rooms and on-site cafe was good for both evening meals and breakfast which is included. -

Fantastic value for money. Large roomy suite like bedroom - everywhere sparkling and new. Pool warm, staff excellent, shuttle service to and fro cruiseport and/or airport comfortable and efficient. CVS Pharmacy and all fast food restaurants 2 minutes walk and a fabulous "Ernie's" BBQ restaurant across the road. Breakfast sufficient. Awesome place when in between airport and cruiseport.
