  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me very well and they do their best to look after every guest. This was an excelent experience of staying in this hotel and woudl like to stay back again in the same if i will be in Kharkiv. - The way a hotel should be ,thank you Kalyna.!!!!!

  Hotel is situated in a residential district away from the city centre and anything of interest to see, however it suited my purpose. Staff are helpful, friendly and flexible, accommodation is modern and clean and attached Armenian restaurant is excellent. A great value proposition if you happen to be in Kharkiv.

  Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms.
