  Everything was excellent and on a high level - both facilities and the staff. Very comfortable rooms, qualitative furniture and bathroom equipment, good ventilation and air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. The best it suites for romantic getaway or relaxing luxurious weekend and for all kind of business events (they have impressive congress facilities). Замечательная спа зона с бассейном. Что важно: температура воды теплая (зимой) и детишки могли вдоволь наплаваться. В спа стоит профес. итальянская спа-комната Sweet Spa, фирмы starpool. Очень классная! Ужин также был замечательный. В-общем отличный отель, обязательно остановимся

  Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!
