  Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!

  Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. The breakfast was very tasty (home-like Ukrainian food). The "Shashlik" take-away just across the main street also worth trying.   The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.

  This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The underground is just 2 minutes from the hotel and by this you are down town in 10 minutes.   This was the perfect spot for a solo traveler. The room had everything I needed and it was very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The washroom and showers were spotless and kitchen had everything I needed, though I didn't use it. Staff was friendly and accommodating, since I have poor Russian skills.
