  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.

  This almost brand new hotel is a very good place to stay in Kharkov. The facilities are huge and the services are perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The underground is just 2 minutes from the hotel and by this you are down town in 10 minutes.
