Location: Most of sights in walking distance, Metro station Zoloti Vorota ca 100 mt, Teatralna ca 300-400 mt. Appartment was small ca 20 sqm but very clean and well furnished with TV, WLAN, little kitchenette with fridge, hair-dryer in the bathroom. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my boyfriend and we both liked it very much. The hotel only has 3 rooms, which means that it's very quiet. Also, it's clean, everything looks rather new and the location is pretty convenient (getting to the city center takes only a couple of minutes by metro).
Finally, the owner was very friendly and he let us check in before 14:00. I would highly recommend this tiny hotel to anyone going to Kiev, as it was great value for money.

It's brand new, clean and comfortable. Well equiped and good looking rooms. Free WiFi. Can't say more - we stayed only for one night. To find the hotel you should go through the archway of the building#33 - there will be small stoop - the entrance to the hotel (no signboard yet but looks like it will appear soon).

Everything. We stayed for one night, so haven't experienced a lot of usual stuff like cleaning or meal but room was pretty nice, clean and useful. All needed is there. Available parking, good location. One of the best one-night stand hotel in Kyiv for such price. -

The place I stayed was at Mykhailivs'ka street, very close to Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Sleeping room's windows were facing the backyard, so it was quite calm place to sleep. The kitchen and living room is facing the street, but the noise is little because of the good isolation. I enjoyed the kitchen equipment and the spaciuos bath. -

The Boatel is a charming change from run-of-the-gun hostels, especially if you can get a river-side cabin. It is well appointed, beautiful and tasteful design that makes the stay delightful. English speaking receptionist Anastasia was very helpful, and the other receptionists did their best with limitations in English. We will stay there again! -

Boatel st. Andre was a fantastic base for our stay in Kiev. The rooms are big and beatiful. The common areas (breakfast restaurant and library) are really nice. The staff is friendly - especially one of the staffmembers speak fluent english which is really neat.
