At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. Hotel is excellent in everyway and the facilities include some very fine detail, which makes the accommodation extremely good. I travel extensively and the Cosmopolite must be one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the last 25 years. Well Done !!

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The hotel was located quite well. Up on a hill over the Olympic stadium with only a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast wasn't huge but it was decent with several options eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc. Wifi was good enough to video chat with so that was nice. I liked that there were water coolers on each floor so I could easily have drinking water.

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

Due to "technical reasons" we were given another flat at Senator Apartment Maidan instead. We were offered a bigger flat for the same price, and they even called (and paid) a taxi for us to get there. Our new flat was awesome, much nicer than expected, and in a perfect location, central but quiet and safe. Everything was just fine, hot water all day long, wi-fi working without problems, nicely-equipped kitchen, and comfy bed. Perfect service and very good value for money. Highly recommended!
