Hotel is excellent in everyway and the facilities include some very fine detail, which makes the accommodation extremely good. I travel extensively and the Cosmopolite must be one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the last 25 years. Well Done !!

The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

It's a very comfy hotel, its location is perfect. The city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk. It's absolutely easy to walk to the main sightseeing from the hotel. Staff is really nice and polite. Kiev is not very expensive place which is worth visiting. Staying in this hotel will guarantee you a nice and silent nights.
