My husband and I absolutely love the way Julie and John greet their guests. It's like visiting an old friend's house: going into the living room, have a cuppa and a lovely chat, rather than the usual "business like" check in. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). Owners Carl and Sharon were very friendly and welcoming. Property was exceptionally clean and room was spacious. Breakfast was great, always freshly cooked, with multiple choices available. We, and especially our 4 year old grandaughter, were well looked after. Location was close to the seafront, and an easy walk to the shops and train station. A very enjoyable stay.
