  Appearance and location, modern looking. Very attractive restaurant and bar with excellent menu and the food well presented and high quality. Rooms well furnished but would still like to see more 'closet' space though only needed if staying for more than a few days, Staff were all very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working in this hotel.... lo que la gente dice » It was a surprise to see the Manager actually around the hotel, and helping out when extra help was required. - Best nights sleep I've ever had... would highly recommend it - the customer service was exceptional from the moment you walk into the lobby to when you check out..well worth the extra money. :)

  We stayed in an executive room before heading to Thorpe Park for my boyfriend's 30th (clinging desperately to youth through the medium of log flumes and roller coasters). It was a lovely room with a really nice bath in the bedroom itself and a lovely shower. We had breakfast and ate there the night before as well; both meals were delicious. The hotel was perfect 5 mins from the course, own parking (limited spaces) lovely big bar with plenty of tables. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast in the morning was superb we wished we had tried an evening meal as well!

  I tried hard to identify a BandB type accommodation, rather than a big impersonal hotel, close to Heathrow. Very satisfying on both counts. Lovely furnishings and garden, easy transport access. There was even no flight noise. It was classic European style BandB, with a small room; perfect for my situation. Fabulous host. We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you.

  The House is very clean, very quiet and nice and warm. Good showers which look brand new and excellent full english breakfast in the morning cooked by Mishka from Georgia which was just wonderful.   The staff were very helpful. They coped very well with my gluten free diet at breakfast time, toasting my bread seperately for me. - It is closed to airport and the staffs are friendly. I would like to stay in hotel again when I visit London again. Thanks for your recommendation.
