The welcome we received from Helen the owner was second to none, with tea and cake served as soon as we had settled in. Very friendly couple running the B&B. When we arrived they offered tea, which we accepted and it came with yorkshire fruit cake and wensleydale cheese. The room and attached bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! (although the range in sitting times quite narrow and early). It's only about 10 minutes walk from Richmond centre which was convenient too.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful because I
was not very mobile. They also moved my room for my convenience as a
result without me asking. I took my dog. They were sweetness itself,
providing a bed, water bowl and treats for her. The room was

They catered for 14 of us for my 50th Birthday - helped me to have my best birthday ever. Staff were relaxed, friendly and attentive. They put on a great meal in a snug room which Karen and Kem made beautiful and didn't fuss when we all got a bit drunk - just helped us enjoy ourselves. Highly recommended for any celebration.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel on Saturday, May 25, and we cannot say enougth about it. Upon arrival, we were greated by the owners who were extremely hospitable. We were made very welcomed and a member of the staff showed us around this lovely Hall. The room we had was to die for, the owners once again were very helpful and anything we wanted we only had to ask.
