The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

We stopped as a halfway point to Bath. We were fortunate enough to have
a disabled parking space, otherwise parking would have been a lottery.
We were there for Sunday only and looking at the area, this was the
quietist day to be there as it is surrounded by clubs and pubs. The

opposite for an evening meal and this was excellent. -
The staff there were really friendly and helpful. Especially the female staff who looks like Taylor Swift her name is Jade. Shes really very nice. The other girl name H.. I forgot her name but shes also very friendly. They made me feel like im a family in the hotel and I really appreciate it. Sincerely thanks them so much.

We needed a very early breakfast to enable us to go ballooning and 3 minutes beyond our arranged time for service received a call to enquire if we were ready for breakfast. My sisters and I met up to go shopping in Swindon. We usually just meet for the day as Swindon is a half way mark. We decided it would be nice to catch up the night before over a meal and then go shopping. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. - Very professional and friendly staff, good service.

The staff were great and excellent customer service. Room was also nice, and both room and bathroom were really clean, we had a normal double room and it was big with good quality matching furniture.
Spa downstairs was nice to have but very basic , i have stayed at hotels with nicer ones but we enjoyed it never the less.

Very friendly and professional staff, were polite and forthcoming with information to make our stay more enjoyable. Payment was quick and efficient and more importantly correct. Quiet location, great facilities. Good value meal for a saturday night.

Really friendly staff. Rooms clean comfy and well equipped. Supermarket and restaurant nearby made life when travelling with children easier. Good location for reasonably short car trips to Bath, Bradford on Avon lots of lovely Cotswold villages etc. even Stone Henge only about 30 mins away. -
