What a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for better hosts than Michael and Christine . Nothing was a bother or to much to ask for. Everything. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners Michael and Christine really do care for their guests. The breakfast menu was incredible, with a 'choice of the day' in addition to fruit etc., high quality cereals, a full english or a selection from and, home made bread toasted. The bed linen and towels were of high quality, with each pillow having chocolates (wrapped) as a welcome gift. We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

The Courtyard is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to things to do and places to visit.
The room and bathroom was large and airy, it was very clean and attractive with a good comfortable bed and linen and a well equipped. Car parking is close to the rooms.

We enjoyed a warm welcome and we were given a choiced of the available rooms which were all of very high standard in both appointments, comfort and size.A choice of breakfast was available, the full English was freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients and was excellent.The house and courtyard are in a very quiet and peaceful location yet close to all facilities. In the countryside but a short drive from large beach resorts and the broads.

I enjoyed my stay here, although it is true to say that it is different from most hotels. The room has everything from kettle, toaster, fridge plus food and drinks for the following morning's breakfast. It is possible to stay there without seeing anyone. The security code on the front door is a good idea and makes it convenient for everyone. I would recommend this guest house to other people. It is very close to the town centre but on the opposite side of town from the railway station. The no 6

I was made very welcome whilst checking in, indeed I was a few hours early. The room although the smallest was more than sufficient for my 1 night stay. The bed linen was excellent and the room was spotlessly clean. I missed the full 'English breakfast' as I had to leave early but I had no doubt it would be excellent - as was my stay. -

Our room was large and airy and beautifully furnished, the bed was a 4 poster and really comfortable . Breakfast was a lovely surprise as we had been expecting a continental breakfast, but we had the full works, which was very tasty . We were made very welcome,and the house is elegant,comfortable and very conveniently situated, so altogether a very pleasant stay!
