The room was clean and smart. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My family liked everything about this accommodation. Especially the warm welcome and the small added touches that the owner thought of which made our stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. -

We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Our room, although very bijou, was charming and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner on 2 nights and found the food to be very good. Lovely rooms, great ambience, friendly hosts. I felt very comfortable being on my own on business travel. The rooms have been lovingly individually handcrafted with oak and have great design features. Great restuarant, food prices very reasonable for quality of food, has indoor and outdoor areas and comfy couhes by a fireplace. Would recommend, and Beccles is a lovely village on the broads.

Friendly welcome and hospitality and easy going and professional service.
The Courtyard is in a quiet rural setting, but is close to things to do and places to visit.
The room and bathroom was large and airy, it was very clean and attractive with a good comfortable bed and linen and a well equipped. Car parking is close to the rooms.

We enjoyed a warm welcome and we were given a choiced of the available rooms which were all of very high standard in both appointments, comfort and size.A choice of breakfast was available, the full English was freshly prepared from locally sourced ingredients and was excellent.The house and courtyard are in a very quiet and peaceful location yet close to all facilities. In the countryside but a short drive from large beach resorts and the broads.
