James & Nelly the propietors, are the most welcoming and warm people that I have encountered in a long time.
Nelly is bubbly and full of energy, James -, a little more laid back but very affable.
They compliment each other well.
Nelly's chilli con carne is to die for and James's selection of malts exquisite.

Friendly and welcoming hosts. Very helpful and generous with local
advice. Reasonable B&B rates included excellent Scottish breakfast,
great value. Evening meals simple, tasty and wholesome taken in the bar
lounge with an open fire. Sky Sports channel meant we saw the Masters
golf - a bonus! Really enjoyed our stay over two nights. Would
definitely come back.

What is not to like ?
The staff make you so welcome as soon as you walk through the door Meals are to my taste, beds are comfortable everything worked.
We have stayed at the Rob Roy many times and recomended our friends to stay. willbe back on Sept with a party of 30 to 40 for 4 nights Kind regards

My mum and I went to surprise relatives who were on a tour from Nuneaton. Staff participated in the surprise and we had a lovely evening/night at the hotel.
The hotel is very old however, I was pleasantly surprised how clean everything was.
We had a bar meal which was plentiful and good value. Breakfast was excellent.

La habitación era fantástica, el desayuno muy correcto y destacar sobre todo que a pesar de mi precario inglés, el interés por entendernos era de agradecer. - very friendly staff, very central, good size family room. - We had a lovely bar meal in the hotel and the evening entertainment was excellent.

Nada. Solo el desayuno era pasable. - Room was very spacious and well lit and there was plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. - Staff were friendly and helpfull.

The owners were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good wholesome food and very enjoyable breakfast. What a lovely little hotel! It's in a beautiful setting facing Loch Earn and inside everything is very well maintained and cared for. Robert and Amanda are excellent hosts who obviously love their work. Meals are served in the restaurant and the bar and are delicious - and in BIG portions. Highly recommended
