my husband and I loved everything about this working farm. Maggie was so lovely, friendly and informative about local places to eat/visit. Breakfast was very special being the only time you got to meet and converse with other guests about their previous day's experiences etc and the food was really good!!! Maggie greeted us with a lovely welcome and after showing us our room made us a big pot of tea with home made biscuits which was served in the sitting room. Breakfast was excellent - a real farmhouse breakfast and relaxed. It was lovely to sit with the other guests round a big farmhouse table. Unfortunately we were in a rush as we were off to a christening but we would have loved to have lingered longer. The room was really well appointed and the bed comfortable - we both had an excellent night

Quiet village location with stunning views to lift the soul. Overlooking Wensleydale and Bolton Castle to the front with the River Ure threading through the wooded hills to the rear. Room 1 with the 4 poster bed has a picture postcard dual aspect. Windows are double glazed. Good to have thick curtains at the windows. Beautiful white linen.

Breakfast was very good, and service was perfect. Location was five minutes walk from the beach and a twenty minute stroll from town. Room (superior) was lovely, cosy but spacious and with a nice view of the castle. The owners were helpful and friendly. Overall a nice place to stay.

Owners were brilliant very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable clean spotless room me and my friend booked the small twin which we booked last minute (only twin left) and were not disappointed, everything we needed. We asked them to recommend a restaurant which they did and was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Will definitely stay there again when in Harrogate 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Beautiful location and very convenient for both Harrogate and York. We stayed in the twin room with the added bonus of a sitting area. After a full day of sightseeing, it was great to be able to sit down and watch a DVD to relax. We had everything we needed including a good wi-fi service.

We had a really nice stay at the Willows and the owners made us most welcome. The breakfast was excellent. We loved the views from our bedroom over the lake and really enjoyed seeing the wildlife. We would certainly recommend the Willows and would like to visit again.
