There was not a thing I did not like about the guest house. I have stayed in a lot of places; but this was one of the best guest houses I have ever stayed in. They were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they very friendly. Everything is laid out clearly, the breakfast is great and they keep the place in immaculate condition. A really good place to come if you need a comfortable place to chill out. I was there with my partner for the Fritton Lake triathlon. Saffrons was perfect

Flint House passed the test of a three-night stay in chilly mid-November with flying colours. The house was comfortable, attractively and tastefully decorated, cosy and warm (but not oppressively so). Our room was extremely quiet, and had an idyllic view over the village green and duck pond. Lovely welcome. Owners were very friendly but not intrusive. As birdwatchers we were delighted by proximity to Snettisham. When we asked advice about where to get an evening meal we were pleased with choice offered and enjoyed a decent pub meal in the village.

it is a new build, decorated to a high standard, large spotless rooms (one larger than the other- we stayed in the large one) with nice showers and usual facilities. Though it is termed B & B the bedrooms are separate from the main house with its own entrance and a connecting door. Good choices for breakfast and Hilary and Neil are very friendly and obliging. as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

We paid extra for parking and car was in a electric gated car park opposite the apartment. Met on arrival and shown to our room. Tim was very friendly and happy to help. He provided us with all details we needed key, WiFi code, and offered us a map of local area. It was a nice touch to see that there was milk, a few of cans of coke, sparkling and still water, mini bottle of wine and a beer in the fridge. There were also tea/coffee, biscuits and a some mini cereal boxes. More than enough to tide

A wonderful little family run b&b literally a minute walk from the seafront stretch. We arrived on our motorcycles from a very long and hard 3 hour ride to a very welcoming greeting from Carol and Terry.....Instantly waving us into the back garden where they have a lovely secure yard for our bikes to be locked away.
We stayed for 2nights and I have to say we wish we could have stayed longer.....It was absolutely wonderful, the rooms are excellent and the staff are equally held in high regard.
