Great location (within walking distance of Douglas and all its attractions). Very clean and comfortable room (albeit quite basic) with kingsize bed - unusual for a Guest House (where one would expect a double bed only). Extraordinarily friendly and extremely helpful team of staff (we left early and in place of breakfast they made us lovely sandwiches to eat at a more 'sensible' hour). Fantastic breakfasts - terrific choice of local food (Manx Kippers) and continental/cooked foods. Extremely goo

This place was amazing! The room was beautiful and had an awesome
view!!!! They even give you chocolates and have a nice sitting room
where you can mingle with the other guest. You can see the horse
trollies right out front and there is a stop to get on it right there
also. Had an amazing breakfast! They also held our luggage after we
checked out, since our flight wasn't till late in the day we wanted
to explore but didn't know what to do with the luggage. Next time we

Like most hotels in Douglas it is now an old building, but everywhere inside the hotel was nice and clean and the staff where very helpfull. I was in a single room, but not too small and the shower was fine. The buffett breakfast, eat all you like, was good all three days I stayed, cerial, juice, bacon, sausage, eggs etc

Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.

The rooms were clean and spacious, lovely big bed, lots of tea, coffee available in the room including bottled water. Staff were excellent friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Very welcoming hosts. The breakfast was very good we didn't use the restaurant for evening meals however the Paragon restaurant did appear busy in the evening! -
