Fantastic location 1 min from Embankment tube yet discrete and quiet.
Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

The detail to service in this hotel is superb. We went to celebrate my mothers birthday and they were exceptional to her. She received an upgrade to a suite and a birthday cake from the staff. Staff at door take bags up to room, even your shopping bags! A full explanation of room given to you on arrival and believe me you need it as it is so high tech. No childrens menu in restaurant but my daughter wanted garlic bread and then chicken nuggets and fries and it was not a problem for them to

Very comfortable rooms, super water pressure in the showers, staff very helpful and friendly, tons of parking, great location close to Kingston, idea for London, fast and free wireless included in tariff. you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were
exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we
