Great location, 5 minutes walk from Southgate shops, restaurants and Underground station. We ate a lovely dinner at Kye's restaurant which is in the opposite direction to the shops, 5 minutes walk away. The Oaks is is in a quiet location with friendly hosts, and it was a clean and well presented room.

We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

you get what you pay for. I decided to treat myself to a corner suite. The view was incredible, direct to the stadium (which is where I was headed to see Roger Waters), the room was well arranged, the room was very quiet, as was the whole hotel, I loved the executive floor, nibbles and breakfast. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

Highly recommend. Possibly one of the best hotels we have stayed in; simply couldn't fault anything. The staff were extremely friendly, went out their way and made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean; fresh, clean towels everyday and beds made up. Everything we needed: Bar, restaurant, TV... Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and well organised. Excellent location, close to the station and a short walk into Greenwich High street and the Greenwich Park. Easy commute into the City

I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children. Todo a sido excelente, el trato con el personal, que a pesar de que nadie hablara castellano, almenos intentaban hacerse enterder y entender nuestro precario ingles. - a mi entender un diez tanto en el trato del personal como situacion centrica muy agradable.familiar.
