From the minute we checked in, the service was friendly, polite, simply wonderful. We booked a better room (3 stories) which felt like a mini hideaway with the bathroom spread over one floor with the most delectable products. The bed and bedding was Devine and hard to leave! Dinner that evening also surpassed our expectations and the crab bisque was one of the best I've ever had. Truly the best break from London imaginable and we can't wait to go back!

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room.
The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

This hotel was advertised as a 3 star but it could be mistaken for a 5 star. The food in the 2 AA rosette restaurant was superb and quite reasonably priced, the staff were excellent could not help you enough their service made us feel very special, we stayed in the winter and it was very cosy having drinks in the lounge with a real log fire roaring

Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc -

On this visit we could not be accommodated in the main house which is beautiful as it was full so we stayed in the Coach house which was just as lovely. A really lovely place to stay. The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!
