Booked this apartment as a birthday celebration. The apartment exceeded our expectations both in size and facilities. the friendliness of the member of staff who agreed to meet us when we arrived at Cardiff, and came out of his way to allow us to drop off our luggage at the apartment early - and was very accommodating in allowing us to stay over the 11am departure, this meant a lot as we were very tired and the fact that is was raining at the time - thanks a lot.

Everything! From the warm welcome on arrival, the cleanliness of the house, the little added touches such as fresh milk on the tea/coffee tray in the room instead of the awful long like milk cartons one would normally find in a B & B & the permit to park in a nearby car park. The guys running the B&B were fantastic. They were extremely friendly, helpful, informative, easy to get along with and cooked a great breakfast. They accommodated my wife's gluten free needs extremely well.
Facilites were very clean. The B&B is within easy walking distance of the shopping and restaurant areas that are close by. We have booked to return again in about a month or so.

We stayed in the townhouse which was lovely - very confortable bed / excellent shower with toiletries and robes incl. Breakfast menu varied and eggs benedict was divine. The best weekend thanku - The staff were particularly helpful with information for my grand daughter related to 'Doctor Who' . This was the reason for our visit to Cardiff. As a birthday present for a teenager who is mad about the programme. She had a lovely chat to your doormen who seem very knowlegable about the whole subject. The rooms have a wonderful veiw.

Close to town only 5 pounds in a taxi, the apartment was big enough for the 6 of us , clean had everything we needed. Arun the man who met us with the keys was fantastic.. We were on a leisure trip. I person who received us was very nice and friendly. Bed rooms, bath room, kitchen were clean and tidy. Location of the property is great too. Not much far from the city. A pub near the propertry has made the place cool. The price of the property is a bit expensive. Overall good experience. Would recommend others too.
