I was delighted with the very clean and pleasantly laid out
accommodation which included an ensuite bathroom. Entrance to the lodge
was by key swipe into a cosy entrance hall with an extra key swipe door
taking you to the bedrooms. This gave both a sense of security and

I was very impressed with the friendly efficient staff. I stayed alone
and booked here as my partner was having an operation at the near by
castle hill hospital. The lady at the desk was very helpful and even had
a bus timetable for the bus to the hospital. The room was lovely and
very comfortable. I had the carvery in the evening and it was excellent.
As a lady on my own the young man was really nice and asked if I wanted
to eat in the bar or the restaurant. As the bar was quiet and I could

I warmed to the whole ambience of the hotel - from the attractive reception area to the welcome retreat of a clean, comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities. I wasn't hassled by staff but they were there to help if needed - pleasant too. The garden views were attractive. I have stayed at the Hallmark twice to visit family in the area

Beautiful hotel, majority of staff extremely friendly (apart from one grumpy person!). Lovely facilities & extremely clean with excellent tea tray (everyone needs a decent cuppa!). Bathroom perfect & beautiful views over the Humber bridge.
Very well priced for a luxury break and definitely a recommended wedding venue.

The hotel was in a Fantastic location, within a 3 minute walk from the
Bus/Train station and I'm the middle of Princess Quay and St
Stephens shopping centre. I paid only £35 for the room the beds were
extremely comfy, the heating was fantastic, the en suite shower room was
perfect and there was a tv with on demand movies/Internet and free
terrestrial channels. The staff were fantastic, especially the blonde

I liked the hotel staff. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. Most of all, the hotel is well situated and accessable to the downtown area and the shopping. Also, I found the breakfast service was very good and we were served very quickly. All in all.......a great time!! - Very friendly staff as well as very accomodating to any questions.

The room was great, separate bedroom upstairs, loads of room, little breakfast tray was nice and a fridge was handy for milk and water. Bar area was busy with good food and drink (i stayed on steak night which was very reasonable in price). Wi-fi service was pretty good. -

Peter & Denise were a friendly & welcoming couple. The breakfasts good and they were willing to accommodate what you wanted. A nice touch of specialised marmalades available. Bed was really comfy. Peter and Denise were very friendly and made us feel welcome in their accommodation. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Peter was very kind and let us leave the car for the day and gave advise about our route home. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of cereal, cooked breakfast and fruits.
