Staff so friendly and helpful, every member of staff was chatty and helpful- outstandingly good. Location brilliant, free parking great. Room was quiet,clean and comfortable, shower good and strong. Nice breakfast. Bar was lively with good entertainment. Bottled water in room was Nice touch also. -

I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!!
