... lo que la gente dice » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. We received a very friendly greeting from Nicky, as though she had been waiting for the arrival of someone she already knew. The breakfasts were excellent, and the tables in the dining room were not too close together. Our room had a lovely view over the garden, and was very peaceful. A bonus was getting to meet the two dogs. Only in the hallway

This is our second time staying and we were very pleased to be going back. Owner is very friendly and the rooms we have had had been recently refurbished and are clean and comfortable. High quality breakfast and very relaxed feel. Best bits of staying in a hotel and some one's home.
