Very friendly welcome. Lovely, well decorated room with king sized comfortable bed. Ideally located for exploring Dartmoor. Evening meal and breakfast excellent. - good location for access to dartmoor. Peaceful and friendly. Good food and wine. Nice curry restaurant in local town

This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The hotel also now has a tennis court which we made use of on

La habitacion, el menu de la cena - The Manager and all staff were cheerful, helpful and very attentive toour needs, without being intrusive or overwhelming. Food was excellentand service very slick. A great place to relax in. - everybody was very friendly, service was particulary good, food was excellent and very well presented.

silencio.personal - Food was excellent. Rooms were excellent very comfy and well equipped. The grounds are so quiet and so looked after its a pleasure to be outside and listen to nothing. Hotel is beautiful inside and out. Spa was fantastic. If you go here you must use the spa which is free for guests. Definately worth going don't let the bad point

A well appointed and run hotel, friendly and efficient. Our room was not the traditional hotel type room being individually furnished and decorated. The gardens were well laid out and maintained with some interesting plants and shrubs. Will visit again soon - subject to availability. -

I liked the way I was met at reception and helped to my room after a latish arrival Staff at breakfast were also very good - and the breakfast was freshly cooked and served, not buffet - so much nicer Pleasant room - but I was resident for less than 12 hours so don't have much more to say. It was easy to stay as an older single woman. -

We loved the farm and the excellent hosting by Stephanie and Peter. There was plenty of space in a very quiet location. The alpacas were also very entertaining. We hope to have a reason to return to Dartmouth again soon and would have no reservation with booking in at Ashbourne farm again. -
We appreciated the freedom to come and go as we wanted.
