  The staff were great, I arrived 10 minutes after making the booking and caught them on the hop but I was able to eat a really pleasant meal whilst they prepped the room. The room was great and the following morning I enjoyed an excellent breakfast cooked by the owner. A B&B rather than a 'pub' but with evening meals readily available. Very good location for visiting Donnington Park and NT property. Safe/easy parking. No noisy Wedding Party on Saturday night as encountered in larger hotels!

  Room was furnished very well and the bed was extremely comfortable. Underfloor heating meant that we were always very warm. Good portion of cooked breakfast in the morning. Staff were friendly.   The all-day menu has many choices and all that we ate was not only tasty but served in very generous quantities. Similarly the full breakfast was enormous, served with copious delicious brown bread toast. The twin-bedded room was of good size with plenty of drawer and hanging storage. The bed was very comfortable with quality du - The homely welcoming atmosphere; the warm rooms and comfortable beds with unlimited hot water for showering and/or bathing; the location. The meals were fantastic. The breakfast was generous and excellent and we (6 of us) decided to have our evening meal there each evening of our 3 night stay. The selection was superb; the quality marvellous and the portions generous. Throughout the whole of our stay the staff were wonderful - friendly, efficient, helpful and cheerful.

  On arrival we were warmly greeted and show around the place before we were shown to our room. The room was lovely and had lots and had lots of extras . When we got back to the B&B we decided to watch the TV in the lounge whilst enjoying a glass of wine. The owner Kim came in and stayed with us - My first stay at Whitton Lodge and John and staff were very helpful and friendly. I was staying on business and did not have time to use them but there is a small gym a sauna available. The room was extremely clean with tea and coffee facilities and a nice touch was that they provided a white robe in the room. I have business nearby soon so will definitely be back.
