That's excellent customer servic - I arrived three hours before their check in time and was able to check into my room anyway in under ten minutes, no fuss- hugely convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, definitely a lot care put into their look without the high prices (I paid £60 per night). Very quiet. Good variety at breakfast.
