El personel - We have learned that in England if you have a car you need to check tosee if there is parking at the Hotel. We have recently stayed in Bathand had to pay 8 pounds per day to park the car at the back of the b andB. This YHA is excellent. The Staff go the extra mile - they're most helpful and informative. Louise and Rodrigo (Staff) were especially helpful to my sister who needed a comfortable night, and they went out of their way to ensure this.
The YHA is beautifully designed. One wishes others had a Library, and such a neat and accessible garden - altogether a sanctuary next to the Station! Great value and memorable experience. Thank you very much.

Design of room, cleanliness, comfort.
Access to bus stop. A bit of a walk, but worth it not to have to drive.
Disability friendliness. Although we didn't need the Disability access of our room, it looks as though it was very well designed with no gaps for access.
