The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were als... lo que la gente dice » o given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - We only stayed one night but found all staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great value for money too. Would definately recommend and use again.
