  We liked everything at Pwllgwilym. When we arrived we were met by Richard and Jane who are the most delightful hosts. Richard was full of information, including some historical details. Jane just made us feel very welcome. Our room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and views over fields and sheep. The attention to detail and in meeting guests's needs in the room was far superior than most chain hotels and having a fridge in the room is such a brilliant idea that it should be adopted by all hotels!   The Meadow Suite, in which we stayed, is delightful. The facilities are first class with breakfast served in a basket holding hot tureens filled with a lovely English breakfast. The suite (more like a little flat) looks out through large French doors and picture windows over a patio with the meadow beyond.
