  The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with balcony views across the river. The b and b was situated cenralyy and within easy access to everything. We would recommend it to anyone. and will probably be returning one day.   The staff were really friendly, if you needed anything you just had to ask, nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent and always really hot. There is a very good breakfast menu. The rooms have good view of either the harbour or sea. Easy location to visit exmoor and surrounding places of natural beauty. Easy to get to shops and on the edge of the harbour.
