  The hotel was in a lovely location, a perfect break before travelling further into Scotland. The welcome was genuinely friendly and all staff were very helpful. Although not included in the price of room our £8 Full Scottish breakfast was plentiful and the Haggis was lovely. Rooms were very comfortable having been recently updated, contemporary, stylish, clean and with the oak skirting boards and door jambs etc - the location was stupendous and we had probably the best room in the hotel for the view - the room was both spacious and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean - many of the staff were young but very professional and polite - the hotel itself was very quirky in its layout but we kind of liked that - the food we had at t-he hotel was OK nothing really to complain about but also nothing exceptional - the cullen skink however was delicious - however if we stay here again we will be mindful of the c

  I stayed in 'Corbett' room which includes an en suite sauna in your bathroom and breathtaking views as your balcony is literally feet away from the loch. The stunning Scenery and how big the room was amazed me. I paid £76 for our stay and couldn't have been happier with value for money. (Make sure you stay in Corbett room as the othe - The room was fantastic, balcony had beautiful sights of loch lomond. We stayed in room 67 in the building behind the main facility and couldnt recommend it more. We got a great deal (£66 booked on the same day - spur of the moment stop-over), the room had a personal sauna, the restaurant was absolute quality and worth the £80 we paid for 3 courses. The hotel also had a decent pool, sauna, steam room etc. Will definitely strive to go back in the near feature.

  The house has been renovated 2 years ago and everything looks brand new. The interior decoration is lovely practical and beautiful. The in-house restaurant is excellent. Even though the house is close to the A82 it was absolutely quiet at night and as the beds are comfortable, you can have a deep recreative sleep. We enjoyed our evening meal in the hotel restaurant, although thought that a tablecloth was necessary. We appreciated being allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking lot while we took a 5 hour hike in the area. Luss was a great place to start our holiday in Scotland.

  The location of the hotel was excellent, the surrounding countryside and the views where second to none.The spa facilities where of a high standard we received excellent service. The staff where very helpful and friendly at the hotel and the spa. - I got engaged there so it coudnt have been bad and the expresion on her face when entering the room ... lo que la gente dice » was priceless.   We took the. Breakfast in the package. Food excellent and cooked fresh. Staff very friendly and helpful except for last morning Fri. On fri breakfast cold ask for poach egg had to ask second time took 25 minute. My sister asked for boiled egg never got it. Ask for bacon as none left and it was raw. No cups jugs teaspoons either. Service very poor... lo que la gente dice » . Just shows difference staff can make to your experience. - Friendly staff. Comfortable and very clean. We liked breakfast in the Malt & Myers next door. Again staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was lovely, particularly the porridge.
