The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable and warm. As a sole traveller I had a twin room with settee and TV. The en suite bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water. It felt like a home from home. Beautiful decor. Very close to town and all amenities. Friendly and helpful owners. I shall visit again when I am next
in Loughborough.

We liked everything. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we had ever had - cooked when ordered. The staff really friendly and helpful. the accommodation was lovely. We had a 6ft bed!. Even the toilet roll was the softest I have had. It was just the little things that made the whole experience great. We are staying there again in July. Ever in

Easy to get to and a short walk from the town centre albeit on a quite busy road (which didn't matter much as the room was soundproof enough and there was no disturbance). Well equipped and has everything you could expect to find in a B&B. Room was spotless clean and so was the bathroom. Good service at breakfast - quick and effective. Decent choice on the menu.

I liked the intimacy of a small hotel. Sharon got up extra early to make us breakfast as we had an early start. She also allowed us to return to our room after checking out so that I could feed my baby comfortably. The owner and his wife/partner were very friendly and value for
money was excellent especially only charging £5/head for breakfast.
Nice to have proper toast, usually get floppy undercooked grot in most
other hotels!!
