I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.
Clean and nice.
Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice.
Also had a great sunroom and a patio in the back.
Will most definitely stay here again.

Maggie was very friendly and welcoming, and the place was spotlessly clean, with a nice atmosphere. Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e
