Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and

Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the

My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's
vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)

I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.
The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. -

Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!
