Though it was my second trip to London, and having stayed in Paddington earlier as well, i was very comfortable with my family in London. I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!! The kitchen facilities are good and it is great to have a fridge. Location is brill for central London. I can't fault this hotel. I love it. -
