The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all. Que la habitación estaba muy limpia. Y en recepción nos han atendido muy bien. - Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The rooms were up to date and comfortable (a lot better than the pictures portrays them) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food and service from the bar/restaurant was excellent and was very reasonably priced.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Nada. Me hubiera marchado desde que hablé con el recepcionista pero me quería cobrar una penalización desorbitada. - easy to find and near railway station - Helpful, friendly staff. Arrived early, not only were we able to check in early, but also invited to have breakfast. Great 1st impression.

a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was
soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but
more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The
towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5
months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very
