We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I liked the convenience of the hotel in relation to shopping and
conference facilities
I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

La calidad de las instalaciones y el confort del apartamento. - I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice and very clean. I was told that they even have a policy to buy 5 beds every month so they are all in good condition... with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -
not large but not overly small (room 104). For a city centre hotel, very
quiet on the Wednesday and Thursday nights.
