  Warm reception upon arrival and very welcoming hostess. Upgraded room without asking. Room four very comfortable and peaceful , as a result beware of oversleeeping. Heating temperature just right. We were three adults so the triple room was really good for us, it was clean, comfortable and quiet (we at a room at the back). Landlady was welcoming, helpful and informative and let me leave my car there till we left on the evening after we had checked out, Breakfast was good too. Good value for money.
