I loved everything about the hotel. Every member of staff was reallyhelpful and quite lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. The bookingout time of 12 noon was realistic and breakfast between 7 and 11 wascertainly more civilised than some hotels. I would certainly staythere again. - Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms

Really central. Literally minutes from everything you would want to see. Apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. We stayed in the riverside Merchant Exchange apartment and the location was brilliant, just a few minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants & tourist attractions. The views across the city and river were lovely and the apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We appreciated that parking, Wi-Fi and Sky HD were all included in the price. The kitchen was very well equipped, all the equipment you might need when cooking for yourself and a good selection of groceries was provided (more than promised in the details). Good quality towels and toiletries. The location was ideal, quiet, but very convenient for the centre. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. -
